Landscaping
If you are doing a re-design of your landscape, the by-laws require that you provide the new design to the Architectural Control Committee for review and approval before implementation. Please do not tear out landscaping, remove trees, etc. without prior approval.
Fines can be up to $1,000 per tree, etc.
If you are just replacing dead or damaged bushes, this is not necessary. However, it wouldn't hurt to shoot us a message and let us know.
Mailboxes
We have purchased paint and shingles for you to use. Mike Moffitt mmoffitt@atlantixpartners.com has the shingles and paint for the post, the black stain for the shingles and a tiny jar of the gold for acorn.
If you would like to purchase your own paint, please refer to the spring newsletter here on the website. If you do not have the password to enter the newsletter and financial area, please use the contact us button on this website.
